A listing of what is needed in an emergency kit for each child in your family and at the HPNS school:

1. Family Photo
2. comfort item- for example, a favorite toy
3. individual size kleenex
4. individual size Wet-Ones
5. 2 juice boxes or bottles of water
6. nonperishable food items- something healthy
7. small flashlight with extra batteries
8. a change of clothes, including socks
9. a list of contact phone numbers; home, work, grandparents, cell phones, etc.
10. any vital information about your child.

Turn a packet in to your teacher once all the items are collected.
