HPNS school setting strives to provide a safe, stimulating and rich environment that encourages the innate love of learning, for parents and children alike.

The development of trust and compassion in ourselves and one-another, and a good sense of humor are the core of our community based program.

Parents are encouraged to blossom through the gleaning of skills, techniques, and knowledge discovered through effective parenting both within the preschool as well as out in the community.

Parents as students come to this Adult Education Class and Pre-School Lab in order to learn effective child development theory as well as communication and problem solving skills.

Although they come to this program with very personal goals, they soon discover that these goals are best fulfilled by reaching out to others and creating a strong, extended community.

This technology grant will support and strengthen this learning in our school community and, in turn, strengthen the communities in which we live.
